Description
Spiral Point taps are designed for machine tapping in through holes in a wide variety of materials. The point ejects the chips ahead of the tap, eliminating chip disposal problems and thread damage. Shallower flutes also result in greater tap core strength allowing for higher cutting speeds. TiN Coating results in an extremely hard surface with high lubricity for increased tool life, improved thread quality, reduced torque and increased tapping speeds for greater productivity.
